MEDIA COVERAGE

Terms and Conditions for Photography and Media Coverage

1. Accreditation Requirement: All photographers, videographers, and media representatives must obtain official media accreditation from Dreamland Events prior to any event. Unauthorized individuals will not be permitted to capture media within the event premises.

2. Permitted Areas: Accredited media personnel may only capture photos and videos in designated areas. Certain zones may be restricted for privacy, safety, or operational reasons, and media personnel must adhere to these restrictions at all Dreamland Events.

3. Respect for Participants: Media representatives must respect the privacy and personal space of event participants, including attendees, speakers, and performers. Consent must be obtained before capturing close-up images or interviews.

4. Non-Monetary Use:

   • The Media captured during any Dreamland Events is intended solely for editorial and promotional purposes related to the specific event.

   • You agree not to sell, license, or otherwise distribute the Media for any monetary gain without the explicit written consent of Dreamland Events.

5. Prohibition of Sexual Content:

   • The Media must not be used, altered, or manipulated in any way that depicts or suggests explicit or implied sexual content, or any content that could be construed as sexually exploitative, inappropriate, or offensive.

   • Any use of the Media in a manner that could harm the reputation of Dreamland Events, the event's participants, or the event's stakeholders is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Use: Media content captured at any Dreamland Events, including photos, videos, and audio recordings, may only be used for editorial purposes unless explicitly authorized by Dreamland Events. Commercial use of media content is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Attribution: All published content must appropriately credit the specific event and, where applicable, Dreamland Events. This includes proper use of event logos, names, and any required disclaimers as provided by Dreamland Events.

8. Safety Compliance: Media representatives must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff. This includes wearing appropriate credentials, avoiding restricted areas, and complying with any emergency procedures at all Dreamland Events.

9. Intellectual Property Rights: All media content captured at any Dreamland Events remains the intellectual property of the media representative or their affiliated organization. However, Dreamland Events reserves the right to request copies of media content for promotional or archival purposes, with appropriate credit given.

10. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited at all Dreamland Events:

    • Drone photography or videography without explicit prior approval.

    • Obstructing the view of attendees or interfering with the event’s operations.

    • Misrepresentation of credentials or unauthorized sharing of media passes.

11. Violation of Terms: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the revocation of media accreditation, removal from the event premises, and potential legal action if necessary.
