FAQs

  • I have a ticket in someone else's name, will I be allowed entry?
    Please note, a name change is not required for entry if you did not purchase the ticket. However we cannot accommodate name changes should you wish to sell a ticket or purchase a ticket from a third party.
  • What is included in my ticket?
    Your General Admission ticket gains you entry into the festival. You will receive a 100g packet of coloured powder and a 500ml bottles of paint. This is a Paint and Powder event, Dreamland Events LTD is not responsible for any damage to clothing.
  • I cannot find my ticket
    For General Entry tickets, you can retrieve your ticket by logging into the website above with the email address used when purchasing your ticket. For VIP and Coach tickets, please log into www.universe.com
  • What can I bring into the Event Space?
    No liquids, gels, powders or lotions are permitted into the Event. This includes paint, powder, hand sanitisers, food and soft drinks / water in sealed containers. Sun cream over 100ml will not be permitted. Perfume and make up will be permitted in plastic or paper containers sized 100ml or less. Glass containers of any size will not be permitted. Any powders, gels or liquids that do not comply will be disposed of by security staff.
  • Can I use my coach ticket to gain entry into the event?
    No, your coach ticket is only valid for travel on our coach service. You will need an entry ticket to gain entry into the event.
  • Will there be a cloakroom?
    Yes, there will be a designated area where you can store your belongings for a small fee.
  • Do you take card payments?
    Yes, the bar and most food vendors will be able to accept card payments (subject to minimum payments), however we advise you also carry cash with you in the unlikely instance of any issues with card machines.
  • Can I resell my ticket?
    Reselling of your ticket is strictly prohibited. Tickets and wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Dreamland Events Ltd will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.
  • What time is Last Entry?
    Last Entry to the event space is 4:00pm. Ticket holders should expect queues at the entry gate and arrive with plenty of time. No refunds will be given for acts missed.
  • Can I Bring food into the event space?
    No outside food or drink can be brought into the venue space, but we will have a range of great vendors to choose from and a well stocked bar.
  • How do I get there?

  • What are the locations for coach pickup?

  • Can I take taxi to the festival?
    If you planning on using taxis to the festival, we strongly recommend that you pre-book your taxi to and from the festival. A designated pick up and drop off point for taxis and private vehicles will be clearly signed once on the festival site, so please initially follow the postcode IP24 2QP.
  • Can I walk from the station to the festival?
    It is not possible to access the festival on foot as the roads around the festival are not suitable for pedestrians. All ticket holders must enter and exit the site by either private vehicle, coach or taxi. Drop offs & collections must be made in the designated area within the festival site, where they’ll be assisted by our traffic and security teams. A small taxi rank will be available on site, but pre-booking your return journey is strongly recommended to avoid lengthy waiting times.
